To The Irishman, A Song Long Ago Shared

In a gentle way, it never ends.

It is as it is but…

perhaps it is fitting this way as well:

and you know what I mean,

but if not, you can ask

and I will completely honest

tell.

This was just a post, an expression from the heart that occurred to me nearly 3am in the morning, but my poetry can be found in Sibling Rivalry Press’ Assaracus Magazine, releasing 10 January 2013, and my upcoming poetry collection CORE.

The Irishman in other poems:

The Birdman

In the Clover

Wanderlust and Old Love

An Apology of a Kind

There Are No Words

The Red Pain of Distance

and more..
