We Screen at the 12th Native Spirit Film Festival Oct. 17, 2018 in London

Pleased to announce our official selection for the 12th Native Spirit Film Festival, Oct. 11-21, 2018 in London, England. My first feature length documentary, “Forget Winnetou! Loving in the Wrong Way” will screen on Oct. 17th, at the historic Senate House, followed by a Q&A. Hopefully, our film team and some participants will also make the trip to talk more about how and why the issue of Native stereotypes and the practice of stereotyping is connected to racism, sexism and other intersecting oppression tactics. “Special guest panel with Director Red Haircrow and documentary team members: Natasha John Diné (Navajo), Johnny Clyde (Purepecha/Mezica), Viveka Frost (Teques/Caribe).” REGISTER ON EVENTBRITE:
